Directions

Boil the cabbage in plenty of salted water. When half cooked, drain and cut into small pieces. Fry the diced fatback with the garlic and rosemary in a skillet. As soon as it browns, add the kale and stir in. Serve hot.

  • 800 g trimmed, clean kale
  • 80 g diced cured fatback
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • Salt
