
Pumpkin spaghetti with sage pesto
Ingredients (for 2 people)

- 1 packet of pumpkin spaghetti Mangiatutto
- 30 g pumpkin seeds
- 40 g shelled almonds
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- 50 g evo oil
- 1 lemon
- Parsley
- Chili pepper
- Integral salt
- Sage
- Water
Preparation
Wash and lightly salt the pumpkin spaghetti; add a few drops of lemon, mix and let it rest. In the meantime, blend in the mixer all the ingredients, oil to taste and a little water every now and then, until you get a soft and creamy pesto. Season the spaghetti with a little pesto and sauté them in the pan for a few minutes with a drop of water. When the heat is off, add the remaining pesto and serve the dish.
