Broccoli spaghetti with clams

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 packet of broccoli spaghetti Mangiatutto
  • 600 g clams
  • 15 cl dry white wine
  • ½ onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 zucchini
  • Parsley
  • Chili powder
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Rinse the clams in cold water for ten minutes by removing the open ones. Chop the onion and chop the garlic. Divide the tomato in half, remove the central part and set it aside; dice the remaining part. Brown the onion and garlic in oil. Add half a teaspoon of chili and tomato pulp, salt and pepper. Deglass with white wine making a reduction for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and cook the broccoli spaghetti. Pour in the sauce and mix clams and tomato cubes. Add the broccoli spaghetti and a drizzle of oil, cooking the sauce for another two minutes. Serve with chopped parsley.
