Pumpkin spaghetti with gorgonzola

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 packet of pumpkin spaghetti Mangiatutto
  • 200 g sweet gorgonzola (or gorgonzola and mascarpone)
  • Milk
  • Speck (or bacon)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Wash and cook the pumpkin spaghetti in a pot with boiling water. Meanwhile, cut the gorgonzola into pieces. In a large pan, slowly melt the gorgonzola, with enough milk to obtain the desired consistency. Add the pumpkin spaghetti and let it flavour for a few minutes. Cut the speck into pieces and brown it in a non-stick pan until crispy. Serve the pumpkin spaghetti with gorgonzola and garnish with bacon. Add pepper to taste.
