Papaya and carrot salad Thai version

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 green papaya
  • 1 pack of carrot spaghetti Mangiatutto
  • 1 bunch of coriander (or parsley)
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of fish sauce (or anchovy dripping)
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Chili pepper
  • Salt

Preparation

You squeeze the lemons into the fish sauce, where you then melt the sugar. Finely chop garlic and chili pepper, and add them to the sauce. Taste and adjust the salt. Wash the carrot spaghetti and coriander. Peel and chop the papaya julienne. Combine the ingredients in a suitable bowl and season with the sauce and some coriander leaves.
