
Zucchini spaghetti with sea scent
Ingredients (for 2 people)

- 1 pack of zucchini spaghetti Mangiatutto
- 500 g ripe date tomatoes
- 8 rehydrated dried tomatoes
- ½ clove of garlic
- 1 bunch of chives
- ½ lemon
- Ginger freshly grated
- Desalted capers
- Black olives
- Nutmeg
- Alga nori
Preparation
Wash the zucchini spaghetti. Whisk together dates, dried tomatoes, garlic, a handful of capers and black olives. Add parsley, chives, the juice of half a lemon, and continue to blend. In a bowl, mix the zucchini spaghetti with the sauce obtained. Add pieces of nori seaweed to taste to give the dish a scent of the sea. Complete with a sprinkling of ginger and nutmeg to taste.
