Zucchini spaghetti with shrimps

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 pack of Zucchini Spaghetti Mangiatutto
  • 50 g clean shrimps
  • 100 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ lemon
  • Oil
  • Basil
  • Chili pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Sauté the shrimps for 10 minutes with a tablespoon of oil, a finely chopped clove of garlic, salt, chili pepper and the rind of half a lemon. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the zucchini spaghetti over high heat for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the shrimps for a few minutes and set aside.

Spadella the tomatoes cut in half. Once browned, deglass with lemon juice and two tablespoons of water. Pour all the ingredients into the pan and serve.
