Carrot spaghetti with dried tomatoes and sunflower seeds

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 packet of carrot spaghetti Mangiatutto
  • 1 leek
  • 1 celery coast
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 8 rehydrated dried tomatoes
  • 30 g soaked sunflower seeds
  • Hemp seeds

Preparation

Cut the celery stalk into chunks, removing the leaves. Meanwhile, heat the garlic, the leek and then the celery with a little water for five minutes. Add more water if necessary. Remove the ingredients from the heat and blend them with the dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds and apple vinegar. Mix the carrot spaghetti with the sauce made. Complete the dish with a sprinkling of hemp seeds to taste.
