A typical Marche product now gaining popularity in all markets thanks to its flavour and its amino acids, which safeguard the health of its consumers. The chlorophyll content promotes haemoglobin production and is useful against anaemia. Green cauliflower production is currently unable to meet demands for year-round consumption.
