
Directions
Leave the beans to soak in water overnight and cook in boiling water the next day.
Boil the Savoy cabbage. Drain the beans cooked al dente, drain the cabbage, then chop coarsely. In a large skillet or saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil and when brown, add the cabbage and beans; season with salt and pepper, stir for a few minutes and finish cooking quickly. Serve piping hot.
