
Zucchini spaghetti and chickpea hummus
Ingredients (for 2 people)

- 1 pack of zucchini spaghetti Mangiatutto
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60 g chickpeas
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- Ginger
- Curcuma
- Apple Vinegar
- Nutmeg
- Salt
Preparation
Wash the zucchini spaghetti. Boil the chickpeas in water with ginger, garlic and a sprig of rosemary; once boiled, remove the other ingredients used. Drain the chickpeas and blend them with the leaves of the other two sprigs of rosemary, together with half a teaspoon of turmeric and apple vinegar. Room to taste. Combine the chickpea hummus made with the zucchini spaghetti and mix well.
